Rollinova rollator holder seat mounting RHI200ZM

The Rollinova seat mounting (RHI200ZM) is a practical solution for transporting a side-folding rollator on the rear of a mobility scooter. By carrying the rollator on the scooter, longer distances can be covered while the user remains mobile at the destination.

This version is mounted directly to the seat tube underneath the scooter seat. No separate mounting adapter is required. The installation uses the existing seat fixing point, resulting in a stable and straightforward setup.

The Rollinova is widely used by mobility equipment suppliers and technical service providers, but is also suitable for end users looking for a practical daily solution.

Direct installation without adapter

The seat mounting version is attached directly to the seat tube of the mobility scooter. Unlike bumper mounting, no device-specific mounting adapter is required, making installation generally simpler.

The rollator holder is securely connected to the frame via the existing fixing point underneath the seat. This keeps installation straightforward and reduces the number of required components.

This version is intended exclusively for mobility scooters and is not suitable for bicycles.

Important when using swivel seats

Many mobility scooters are equipped with a swivel seat to make getting on and off easier. When this function is used, it may be necessary to position the rollator holder slightly higher.

This prevents the holder or rollator from contacting the body panels of the scooter during rotation. The required installation height depends on the specific scooter model.

Stable mounting near the centre of gravity

Because the rollator holder is mounted close to the seat, the weight of the rollator remains near the centre of gravity of the mobility scooter. This results in a stable solution with limited impact on driving behaviour.

When not in use, the holder can be folded away to keep the scooter compact.

Delivery

Delivery includes the Rollinova RHI200ZM holder for seat mounting.

Fixing bolt or star knob for installation underneath the seat is not included, as this part is often already present on the mobility scooter.

If this fixing part is not present, it must be ordered separately. Depending on the mobility scooter model this is typically:

• or imperial size (approx. 5/16")
