This motor brake is suitable for the Kymco Maxer (type EQ40) mobility scooter.
It is the electromagnetic parking brake mounted on the drive motor, locking the scooter when stationary.
Original Kymco part number: 31350-AGG5-305
Important: not for New Maxer
Although the Kymco New Maxer looks similar, it uses a different motor brake part number.
This version is therefore specifically intended for the Maxer (EQ40) only.
Always verify model and part number before ordering.
Application and function
The motor brake provides electromagnetic locking when the scooter is stationary.
It does not contribute to braking while driving.
