Shipping Methods

When you place an order at Warmex (a brand of Warmerdam Revalidatie Service), your shipment will be handled by a professional parcel or transport service. Within the Netherlands, parcels are typically shipped with DHL. Depending on destination, size or type of shipment, we may also use PostNL, DPD or FedEx.
FedEx is used exclusively for shipments outside the European Union.

For larger or non-standard shipments, our own delivery service may be used where applicable. This service is limited to regional deliveries within the Netherlands and selected cross-border areas in Belgium and Germany (typically within approximately one hour driving distance from the Dutch border).

 

Order Processing and Delivery Times

Items that are in stock and ordered on working days before 14:00 (CET) will be prepared and handed over to the carrier on the same day. If an item is not in stock, delivery lead times may differ. If there is an expected delay, we will contact you.

Actual delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.

 

Tracking Your Shipment

Warmex uses Sendcloud to manage our parcel flow. All shipments include track & trace, and once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your shipment online.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on:

-the weight and dimensions of your order,
-the destination, and
-the selected shipping method.

The exact shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed in the checkout before you confirm payment.

For some destinations, shipping options may not be available in the checkout. In such cases, it will not be possible to complete the order online. Please contact us so we can review the available shipping options and associated costs for your location.

 

International Shipping

Warmex ships worldwide. For international shipments, we select the most appropriate carrier based on destination and shipment type. Customs formalities, import duties or local taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient unless agreed otherwise.

 

Dropshipping Services

Warmex also provides dropshipping services on behalf of other business partners. In these cases, orders are shipped directly from Warmex to your end customer. If you are interested in exploring dropshipment or logistical partnership options, please contact us for details and arrangements.
