R-net EL Power module PM90 max. 90A

The R-net Power Module 90A – D51109, also known as the EL PM90, is the cost-effective drive module in the R-net control system by Penny & Giles (PG Drives Technology). This module is designed for powered wheelchairs with moderate current demands, such as indoor use, light outdoor terrain, or standard motors.

With a maximum drive current of 90 amps, the PM90 is powerful enough for most mobility applications but significantly more affordable than the 120A version. It supports control of brakes, actuators, and lighting, and is fully compatible with all other R-net components such as joystick modules, displays, input devices, and lighting modules.

Smart choice for standard configurations
The PM90 is ideal for setups that do not require peak power levels, such as:

˃         Lightweight powered wheelchairs for everyday use

˃         Standard motor and battery combinations

˃         Budget-conscious applications or entry-level wheelchair models

In cases where steeper inclines or heavy-duty motors are used, the 120A version (e.g., D50600) is recommended.

Smart module memory and programming
A copy of the driving profile is stored within the power module itself. This allows easy replacement of connected R-net modules (e.g. joystick, display, or lighting module) without the need for reprogramming.
Note: Replacing the power module does require programming equipment to reinstall the drive settings.
