Refurbished Motor Controller S-Drive 180A, while stocks last

The P&G S-Drive 180A (D51392) was widely used for many years as a motor controller for mobility scooters with high power demands. This model is no longer available new and has been succeeded by the more powerful S-Drive 200A (D51448). For service and replacement purposes, the 180A is still available refurbished – fully inspected and ready for reuse.

The 180A features a durable aluminium housing with excellent heat dissipation, and is suitable for heavy-duty applications such as hilly terrain, higher user weights or dual-motor setups. Standard interfaces include throttle, lighting, electromagnetic brake, and brake light connections.

Delivery and programming

This controller is supplied without a preloaded driving profile. On request, we can supply a basic configuration suitable for your application or vehicle.

⚠️ Note: Programming requires dedicated software that is only available to certified dealers or rehab technology professionals. Not available for end users or consumers.

Replaced by the 200A

The S-Drive 180A (D51392) has been replaced by the S-Drive 200A (D51448). For new installations or upgrades, the 200A is the recommended option. This refurbished 180A is especially suitable as a spare part for existing systems.

Refurbished modules are given a second life by us. Technically they are fully restored and functionally equivalent to new. However, the housing may show signs of prior use.
