This motor brake is a replacement part for the Drive ST5D Plus (Blaze) mobility scooter. The electric parking brake is mounted on the motor and locks the scooter when stationary or switched off.
The motor brake does not provide braking while driving; deceleration is controlled by the motor controller.
Version ALY0S6CG (DC24V, 16.8W) with 6Nm holding force. Fitted with a freewheel lever for manual push mode.
This brake is also used in the CTM HS-898 mobility scooter. Drive markets this model under its own name, while the original platform is manufactured by CTM.
The Drive part number is 950001267. The CTM part number is 511700-89810.
