Clamp Ø 40 mm aluminium – Group 5

This durable aluminium clamp is used for securing pipes, tubes, or hoses. Within the mobility and rehabilitation sector, such clamps are ideal for custom modifications, for example when fitting gas springs, adjusting frames, or adding custom components.

The clamp corresponds to Stauff type 540-AL, article number 1130006048, from the standard series according to DIN 3015. It consists of two halves made of aluminium with a profiled inner surface that provides extra grip and vibration damping. Thanks to its rigid metal design, this version offers excellent dimensional stability even under load or temperature changes.

The clamp is mounted with two M6 bolts, with a bolt spacing of 52 mm, making it easy to install on flat surfaces or mounting plates.

We supply this clamp per piece (2 halves) instead of the standard industrial pack of 25 – ideal for workshops, prototypes, or small-scale projects.
