Return procedure Warmex
Goods that have been ordered from us through the webshop can be returned to us.
If the item you have purchased is damaged or broken, we refer you to the warranty conditions in the General Terms and Conditions of the MetaalUnie (Article 14).
If you want to return purchased goods for another reason, please go to the contact page on the website. You can send in an application there. You will receive a response within 2 working days. Provide as much information as possible, so we can help you faster.
Shipping of returns
The shipping costs of the returns are at the expense of the buyer. The shipment of the returns is also at the risk of the buyer. This means that Warmex is not liable for damage or loss of returned items.
Tip: Always ask the postal agency for a track & trace code.
Conditions
You can return the goods free of charge within the 14-day trial period. This period starts on the day after receipt of the goods. If multiple items have been ordered in one, you can return up to 14 days after receiving the last item. The article must be returned unused and undamaged in its original packaging.
Handling
As soon as the return shipment has arrived at Warmex, the goods will be checked for any damage before the invoice or part there of is credited. If the product is damaged, the fall in value can be deducted from the amount which is to be refunded.
The amount to be credited will be deposited into your account within 14 days of receipt of the goods..
