Collect and use of personal data from customers, suppliers and other contractors.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that we will collect and use the personal data you provide to us. This is neccessary to conclude and execute any agreement with you. This applies to both our (potential) customers and to parties from whom we purchase goods and / or services.

If you are a (potential) customer of ours, we will use your data te send you an offer. Based on the data, we can determine which specifications or wishes a particular item or service must meet. Which goods we can deliver or to perform work for you, to invoice and to communicate with you smoothly and efficiently about the implementation aspects of the agreement.

If you are a (potential) supplier or other contractor, your personal data are also necessary fort he conclusion and implementation of the agreement. When purchasing, this is necessary to be able to let you know which specifications or wishes a particular item or service should meet in our opinion. In addition, to be able to send an offer or to place an order with you, to be able to pay your invoices and to communicate with you quickly and efficiently about other aspects of the agreement.

You are nog obliged to provide us with your personal data. However, if you provide us with no or insufficient personal data, it is possible that we cannot perform the mentioned activities above.

Privision of information to third parties

In connection with the performance of any agreement with you, we may need to provide your personal data to parties that supply us with parts, materials and products or perform work on our behalf. We also use external server space for the storage of (parts of) our sales and purchase administration, which includes your personal data. For this reason, your personal data is provided to our server space provider.

Direct marketing

If you have given us permission to do so, we will store and use the personal data you have provided to inform you personally by e-mail in the future about our existing and new products and services and to make you an offer for this. Every time we send you an advertising email, you have the option to let us know that you no longer wish to receive this.

Retention period of your personal data

If you have requested an offer from us but you have not signed up to become a customer with us, we will delete your data one year after our last contact. Even if we have received an offer from you, but we have not become your customer, your personal data will also be deleted one year after contact. Did you become a customer or did we become a customer with you, will keep your personal data for a period of seven years after the end of the financial year in which the last agreement with you was fully executed. The seven-year period corresponds to the period within which we are obliged to keep our records for the tax authorities. After this period we will delete your personal data.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us to take a look into your personal data. You have the right to ask us to view your own personal data. If there is reason to do so, you can also request us to supplement your personal data or to correct inaccuracies. You also have the right to request that your personal data be deleted or the use of your personal data restricted. In addition, you can object to the collection and use of your data or submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
